Biography:

Eman is a passionate educator with a very diverse background, vast skills, and rich experiences. Born and raised in Egypt, then educated and experienced in America, Eman has gained the best of both cultures, which she considers a unique quality that contributes to her visionary leadership style! Following ten challenging yet rewarding years teaching students with special needs in the USA, she started her journey in the GCC as a Deputy Head of Primary, in one of the leading academies in Doha for two years. Moving to UAE, she successfully mentored teachers and developed the teaching and learning processes as a Curriculum Director, then Upper Primary Director, in ISCS, Sharjah for two years. Eman then became a M/H School Principal for GEMS AKNS, Dubai, for four years, during which she positively contributed to moving the school from Acceptable to ‘GOOD’. Eman has only one daughter, Nour, who is now studying pre-med health sciences in a prestigious university in Pennsylvania. “As a Muslim parent raising a child in the US, I always wished to find/work in a school that offers quality American education with Islamic ethos and values. So, I’m very excited to join the NGS Leadership Team. Together we can help shape a brilliant future for our children, raising well rounded, educated proud Muslims, who can be leaders each in their favorite field.”
